About Andy Tullis

Hi, My name is Andy Tullis and I am an award winning professional photographer, out of Bend Oregon. I graduated from the University of Oregon in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Design with an emphasis in Photography. After college I focused on shooting freelance photography in the action sports arena, primarily shooting snowboarding, and wakeboarding. In that time I worked with several different magazines, and provided ad campaigns and product photographs for high profile action sports companies. As a former pro board rider myself, I had the knowledge and ability to make images with top level riders that truly stood out and made viewers take notice. I used this experience to then move into a new photography discipline and in 2001 I began working as a Photojournalist for The Bend Bulletin daily newspaper. Shooting board riding has always been my passion of mine, so when SnoPlanks asked me to be a Brand Ambassador and Photo Contributor in 2015 I happily accepted. In 2019 I said goodbye to the newspaper and became the Brand Ambassador for Boneyard Elixir and create content for their social media accounts, website and ad campaigns. With my extensive shooting experience, positive outlook, and problem solving demeanor, any photography project is a welcome endeavor for me, and the resulting images that Andy Tullis Photo will provide to your family or company will be well worth your investment.
